About Supply Lens

The integration layer for
connected commerce.

We build and run the automation that moves data between storefronts, marketplaces, ERPs, warehouses, finance systems and trading partners, so growing brands do not have to do it manually.

We exist to make operational data move reliably.

Most businesses running on multiple systems, whether a storefront, an ERP, a warehouse or a finance platform, spend more time managing the gaps between them than running their actual operation. Orders get re-keyed. Stock counts drift. Despatch events don't reach the right places. Finance teams duplicate work that should be automatic.

Supply Lens closes those gaps. We connect the systems businesses already use, apply the logic their operation actually requires, and keep everything running reliably as they grow, change systems, and take on new trading partners.

We're not a middleware platform that requires an army of consultants to operate. We're also not a simple point-to-point app connector. We sit in the useful middle ground: prebuilt patterns, configurable for real-world complexity, with the ability to go further when the standard path isn't enough.

How we think about integration

A few principles that shape how we build and deliver.

01
Real-world complexity deserves real configuration
No two businesses map their data the same way. Standard connectors that can't bend to your warehouse structure, tax rules, or retailer requirements create more work than they save. We build with configuration depth as a first principle, not an afterthought.
02
The messy bits matter as much as the API call
Most integration failures happen in the spaces around the data transfer: missing setup information, inconsistent mappings, operational handoffs that nobody owns, and exceptions that need a human decision. We cover those spaces as part of the delivery, not outside it.
03
Faster than custom, more flexible than off-the-shelf
Custom integration projects take too long and cost too much. Simple app connectors break the moment you need them to do something non-standard. Supply Lens sits deliberately between those two options: prebuilt where the patterns are clear, configurable where they are not.
04
Monitoring and support aren't optional extras
An integration that works on go-live but breaks silently three months later isn't a working integration. Error monitoring, proactive alerting and the ability to handle change without rebuilding from scratch are part of what we deliver rather than add-ons.
05
Honest pricing, no surprises
A subscription that scales with your usage, no long-term lock-in, and one-off work quoted clearly before it starts. We're building a business on repeat customers and word of mouth. That only works if the commercial relationship is straightforward.
06
Partners make the ecosystem work
ERP consultants, platform agencies, and implementation partners are often the right route to customers who need integration. We work with partners as a delivery layer, not around them. If you run integrations across multiple clients, there's a model that works for you.

What Supply Lens covers

Six capability layers that work independently or together.

Commerce connectivity

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and marketplace platforms connected to ERP and inventory systems. Orders, stock, fulfilment and customer data in sync.

ERP and inventory orchestration

Unleashed, Enterpryze, SAP Business One and similar systems used as operational hubs. Sales orders, stock, assemblies, intercompany flows and purchasing automation.

Fulfilment and warehouse automation

Mintsoft, Zendbox, Logiwa, Flexport and other 3PLs connected to commerce and ERP. Order handoff, despatch confirmation, tracking and stock updates handled automatically.

EDI and trading partner enablement

Retailer purchase orders, acknowledgements, despatch advices and invoices handled across every retail standard, Peppol and bespoke file formats. Over 60 retail and wholesale partners supported.

Finance and invoicing connectivity

QuickBooks, Xero and finance outputs linked to operational data. Invoice creation, customer sync, tax handling and Peppol e-invoicing enablement.

Bespoke workflow apps

Portals, forms, planning views and operational tools built around your integration layer. For the manual handoffs, exception queues and visibility gaps that live outside the API call.

How a project works

From first conversation to a running integration.

01
Discovery
We map your systems, flows and operational rules. What moves where, what logic applies, what the edge cases are.
02
Scope and configuration
A clear fixed scope, agreed before any work starts. Prebuilt patterns where they fit, configuration and custom logic where they don't.
03
Testing and go-live
Structured test scenarios against real data, staged go-live, and a clear sign-off process before we switch to production.
04
Support and change
Ongoing monitoring, error alerting and the ability to handle rule changes, new channels and system migrations without rebuilding from scratch.

Working with ERP partners and agencies

Many of our customers come through ERP consultants, platform agencies and implementation partners who need a trusted integration layer between their platform and the customer's wider stack.

If you manage integrations across multiple clients, or need a delivery route that sits between your platform and the rest of a customer's operation, there's a partner model designed for that.
